How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, then take 7 to 15 business days to arrive. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

How does it glow?

The ball is made with a glow-in-the-dark material. Charge it for a few minutes in sunlight, under a bright lamp, or with a flashlight, and it glows green in the dark. No batteries, nothing to plug in.

How long does the glow last?

The glow is brightest right after charging and fades over time. Give it a quick recharge under a light and it's bright again.

Is it a real baseball?

Yes. It's a 9 inch baseball with a wood core and PVC cover, so it feels like a real ball. It's made for catch and practice throws.

Can I order it as a gift?

Yes! It makes a great gift for any baseball fan. Order early during the holidays and check the delivery dates on the product page before you buy.

What if my tracking hasn't updated?

Tracking can pause between carrier scans. If your order is past its delivery window, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

What if something's wrong with my order?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short description of the issue. If your ball arrives damaged, doesn't glow after charging, or something is missing, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
